Job summary

Lincolnshire Community Health Services is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join the Adult Community Therapy team in Lincoln. The role is Band 3 on a 6-month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working. Salary ranges from £25,760 to £27,476 per annum pro rata.

You will support clinical leads, therapists, and colleagues, handling referrals, meetings, and reports. The post emphasises accuracy, communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced NHS environment.

Qualifications

• A Level or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Evidence of ongoing continuing professional development.
• ICT functional skills or equivalent (e.g., ECDL).
• European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent (ECDL).
• NCFE Level 2 Customer Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with staff at all levels and with external agencies and patients.
• Perform general administration tasks such as letters and reports as requested by clinicians and leadership.
• Support referrals management and, when needed, allocate to therapists.
• Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes, and arrange rotas for clinical duties; travel may be required within the county.
• Provide support to leadership team and contribute to service development projects.
• Collate information and generate presentations or reports from our systems.
