Job summary

Kwalee, a leading mobile games studio, is looking for a Lead Product Manager to shape live games: decide what to change, why, and what it will earn. You will work with Executive Producers to drive where the product goes and why, turning data into bold, revenue-driven decisions.

This role is based onsite at our Leamington Spa studio, with a focus on retention, engagement, and monetisation, and requires turning complex analytics into clear actions that improve game performance.

Qualifications

• Several years of analytics experience in mobile games or paid acquisition.
• Strong SQL and Python (or R); you enjoy building models, not just queries.
• Hands-on experience with LTV prediction, cohort analysis, and ROAS modelling.
• Excellent communication to translate data into outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build automated monitoring across revenue, spend, ROAS and retention.
• Create and improve LTV and ROAS models to guide UA.
• Identify where the next spend will be most effective across games and channels.
• Diagnose changes, quantify impact, and present clear options.
• Collaborate with teams to design tests and dashboards for tracking results.
• Prove the impact of initiatives through measurable outcomes.
