Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager based in London to support Ireland as part of our expanding ads business. This fixed-term 12-month role will lead end-to-end campaign execution, from RFP responses to delivery and reporting, collaborating with Sales, Campaign Management and cross-functional teams.

You will leverage 5+ years in account management or sales planning within digital media, with strong communication and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Account Management and/or Sales Planning in the digital media industry.
• Experience in the Irish market is a requirement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with CRM, OMS and ad servers.
• Knowledge of Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed and PMP advertising.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales function to understand client goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead strategic media planning for key accounts and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting.
• Host campaign kickoff meetings and gather assets with clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce custom creative assets.
• Coordinate with regional Account Managers to share learnings and best practices.
• Work with Campaign Management and Ad Operations for flawless order implementation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor delivery performance and advise on optimization tactics.
• Provide post-campaign reports and performance summaries to clients.
• Navigate escalations and contribute to long-term process improvements.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ad products, sponsorships and policies.
• Support monthly billing and invoicing with clients and finance.
• Build strong relationships with client and agency partners to execute market strategies.
• Assist in developing new products and improving processes with Sales Enablement.
• Serve as a market SME for the role.
