Job summary

AFH Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Integration Executive to drive the smooth integration of new and acquired businesses across the group. This full-time role focuses on project planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with our Target Operating Model.

You will liaise with vendors, analyse data from diverse sources, and support training and implementation while upholding high professional standards in a hybrid working environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in project, acquisitions or financial services.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand business requirements to create an integration plan for each acquisition.
• Liaise with Vendors and update them on progress.
• Analyse, interpret and cleanse data sets from various sources.
• Provide support to Senior Managers for acquisition integration projects.
• Create integration proposal documents and identify misalignments with Target Operating Model.
• Oversee operational matters across the wider business to ensure completion.
• Assist with training, requirements gathering, and implementation.
• Be the point of contact for technical knowledge within the team.
• Define and review training, standards and processes to ensure high standards.
• Take a flexible approach and support ad hoc responsibilities.
• Any other reasonable request from Director/Manager.
