Job summary

Booksy Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Accountant for Group Reporting to own end-to-end consolidation, intercompany management, and US GAAP financial reporting as part of a finance transformation.

You will drive monthly consolidation, intercompany allocations, trial balance mapping for international entities, and support audits and statutory reporting while building robust processes and expanding external reporting capabilities across a growing multi-entity group.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting experience with multi-entity consolidations under US GAAP.
• Proven qualification: ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including FX translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Advanced Excel and data handling capabilities.
• Interest in software/AI automation and process improvement.
• Fluent English for cross-border communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly group consolidation, elimination entries, FX translation, and CTA calculations.
• Manage intercompany charges and align with transfer pricing policies, moving from external advisors in-house.
• Maintain intercompany transaction registers for timely monthly eliminations.
• Prepare lender reporting packages, covenant schedules, and Group US GAAP financial statements.
• Review international trial balances (e.g., SA, MX, BR) mapping to the group COA.
• Coordinate audit deliverables and collect control evidence.
