Fresh Perspective Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a friendly, forward-thinking practice in the UK. You will be the right-hand person to the director, supporting a growing client portfolio with GP practices and healthcare professionals.

The role emphasises strong technical accounting and UK tax knowledge, plus hands-on use of Xero, Sage and Excel. In return, you’ll enjoy clear progression, CPD support and a collaborative, vibrant team environment.

Formación

• At least 5 years' UK accountancy knowledge
• Strong technical accounting and UK tax knowledge
• Experience with Xero, Sage and Excel

Responsabilidades

• Managing a portfolio of GP practices and healthcare professionals
• Building and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
• Reviewing statutory accounts prepared by junior team members
• Preparing and review accounts for businesses and sole traders
• Reviewing tax returns and provide advice on tax planning opportunities
• Advising on GP partnerships, NHS pensions, superannuation and PCNs
• Managing daily workloads, allocate tasks and review completed work

We're looking for a Senior Accountant, with the following skills and experience…

• Part/full ACA/ACCA qualified is ideal, or qualified by experience
• At least 5 years' UK accountancy knowledge
• Strong technical accounting and UK tax knowledge
• Experience with Xero, Sage and Excel
• Strong, accurate and detail focused
• Good attention to detail and able to juggle multiple deadlines
• GP, NHS, consultant or locum experience is a bonus
