Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Group Ltd seeks an experienced accountant to take ownership of client relationships, deliver business advice and support corporate compliance for a varied client portfolio.

The role involves preparing year-end statements, calculating corporation and personal tax liabilities, and collaborating with managers and directors to provide excellent client service. You will mentor junior staff and help develop processes in a collaborative, forward‑looking practice.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing qualification.
• Experience in an accountancy practice with a varied client portfolio.

What we're looking for

• ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
• Experience working with a varied client portfolio, including owner-managed businesses.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, client-focused approach.
• Good technical and IT skills; knowledge of CCH would be advantageous.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of your work.
