Qualifications

• Proven account management or commercial experience within fresh produce or food manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of fresh produce supply chains and UK retailer requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyse sales and market data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day commercial and operational relationships, volumes, profitability, OTIF, forecast accuracy.
• Link supply and demand to align retailer priorities with grower capabilities.
• Collaborate with UK retail buying, technical, supply chain, and product development teams.
• Lead New Product Development from concept to launch with growers on new products.
• Utilise sales, financial, and market data to identify growth opportunities and manage risks.
• Resolve supply, quality, and service challenges efficiently.
