What you’ll be doing

• Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions for your dedicated accounts.
• Manage, support, and develop account delivery teams.
• Achieve revenue, margin, and profit targets while ensuring compliance with client SLAs.
• Forecast weekly and monthly revenue to meet budgets and productivity goals.
• Innovate cost-saving processes and strategies for your clients.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and facilitate meetings.
• Identify and act on new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Ensure seamless communication across teams to drive customer satisfaction.

About you

• Proven experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management, preferably in the Public Sector.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to interpret P&L accounts and financial metrics.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and motivation to achieve objectives.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with diverse teams and clients.
