This is an ideal opportunity for an Assistant Manager or Accounts Manager seeking a people leadership role while still being hands-on with a dedicated client portfolio.

Senior Accounts Manager Job Overview

• Be the first point of contact for a portfolio of diverse clients, predominantly OMBs.
• Develop clients through visits to their offices and networking events to onboard new clients.
• Oversee a small team of talented accounts juniors, coaching and reviewing their work to ensure quality and provide feedback.
• Ensure all deadlines are met within the team and client expectations are exceeded.

Senior Accounts Manager Job Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified with excellent experience in a UK accounting firm.
• Prior experience in a people and client management role.
• 5+ years of experience in practice.
• Strong experience working with OMBs.
• Proficient with cloud-based accounting packages.
• Excellent leadership skills – this is a people management role.
• Although this role is hybrid, you should be within a reasonable commute to the Stoke office.
