Our client is a leading company in their sector. We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our account management team and ensure smooth workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and action artwork flow through the customer’s critical path process, from brief to printer release.
- Support daily account operations, serving as the main internal contact for your designated category/customer.
- Schedule artwork tasks using our online artwork scheduling tool.
- Perform fit-for-use checks on customer information and convert it into internal briefs for Artworkers.
- Release completed artworks to printers in accordance with KPIs.
- Update the Account Manager on project status and potential challenges.
- Maintain professional communication with customers when necessary.
- Build strong internal relationships with production resources to ensure efficient workflows following SOPs.

- Enthusiastic, proactive, and possessing good common sense.
- Commercially savvy.
- Confident in communication, both internally and externally.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Capable of working well under pressure during peak periods.
