Job summary

As Senior Account Manager you will lead the overall strategy within your client portfolio, build strong client relationships, understand their business, markets and objectives, and guide them with the agency’s innovative thinking. You will deliver revenue forecasts, manage profitability targets and coordinate monthly client planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a Digital Agency is essential.
• Consistent achievement of financial targets and ability to upsell to clients.
• Ability to collate and present digital strategy to clients.
• Highly organised and able to manage documentation.
• High quality customer service and rapport building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment using initiative.
