Job description

Are you an agency Account Manager looking for real ownership of your accounts? Want to manage a portfolio that includes some of the world's best-known brands? Keen to join a supportive, employee-owned agency where your ideas make a genuine commercial impact? This might be the role for you!

The company

An award-winning integrated marketing group with over 30 years of experience, helping some of the world's leading brands thrive across sectors from IT and retail to sustainability. Clients include HP, Microsoft, Currys, Allwyn and Royal Caribbean.

We blend creativity, strategy and innovation to amplify brands and connect them with the audiences that matter most – and we're leading the way in using AI to make marketing work harder and smarter.

As an Employee-Owned Trust, everyone shares in the success of the business. Our promise? To "make it better."

We operate through five specialist agencies:
  • Experiential and events. From conferences and exhibitions to incentives and reward programmes – activations that motivate, inspire and spark excitement.
  • Creative design and branding. From creative collateral to full-scale rebrands, using authentic storytelling and sharp design to win audiences' hearts and minds.
  • Digital strategy and communications. Deep dives into consumer trends to develop strategies and experiences that deliver measurable ROI.
  • PR and strategic communications. Dynamic campaigns that shape narratives, spark conversation and build trust and reputation.
  • AI strategy. A specialist AI agency helping clients adopt AI safely and strategically.
The role

As Account Manager, you will be a trusted partner to a portfolio of clients that includes some of the world's best-known brands. You'll own day-to-day relationships, understand each client's goals, keep work moving and spot opportunities to grow the account.

This is the best of both worlds: the high ownership and visibility of a close-knit agency, combined with exciting, creative projects for huge-name brands. With creative, digital, events, PR and AI specialists all under one roof, you'll bring the right expertise together to deliver joined-up campaigns and brilliant client experiences.

You'll take full ownership of account revenue, profitability and commercial performance, leading briefs, proposals and presentations, and supporting renewals and negotiations. This role can be based in either London or Deddington, with clear opportunities for career development and progression.

Day-to-day includes:
  • Own day-to-day client relationships, acting as the main point of contact with prompt, professional communication
  • Understand each client's objectives, priorities, challenges and stakeholders
  • Lead client meetings, updates and account reviews, managing expectations and resolving issues proactively
  • Build and maintain account plans covering activity, opportunities, stakeholders, risks and growth priorities
  • Identify relevant services and solutions that grow accounts and deepen relationships
  • Lead briefs, proposals, quotations and presentations, bringing together the right agency skills
  • Support commercial discussions, renewals and negotiations
  • Own account revenue, profitability, forecasting, budgets, scope and commercial performance
  • Bring creative, digital, events and other specialists together, establishing clear briefs, timelines, budgets and outcomes
  • Identify new clients and contacts, and support retention and renewals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, actions and opportunities
  • Embrace AI and smart tools to improve efficiency and the client experience

The company puts people first. As part of an employee-owned business, you'll join a team that values curiosity, collaboration and accountability, celebrates success, and invests in your development. You'll work with marketing experts and problem solvers who take pride in delivering excellence.

The package
  • Opportunity to manage a portfolio of world-leading brands at an award-winning, employee-owned agency
  • Annual bonus of up to 10%
  • Hybrid working, based in London or Deddington (2 days per week in the office and 1 day per week at client offices)
