Job summary

Whereby is seeking a proactive Account Executive to drive growth for Whereby Embedded, our API for video calls, used by digital health and telehealth platforms. You’ll own end-to-end sales, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on new business in a fast-paced, hybrid-remote UK environment.

You’ll identify opportunities, present compelling technical and commercial value, and manage multi-stakeholder evaluations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B Account Executive or similar role.
• Track record of closing deals with medium to large enterprises.
• Proven ability to generate own pipeline via outbound prospecting, networking and events.
• Experience selling APIs or technical SaaS to healthcare platforms.
• Comfortable leading negotiations and working with CRM and prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and own your pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging relevant platform businesses.
• Develop targeted outbound strategies to reach decision-makers across Product, Engineering and Commercial leadership.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and timelines.
• Coordinate technical evaluations and craft compelling business cases and proposals.
• Close new business and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts in the CRM.
