We are Health Unlimited and are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team based in Soho, London. We are a global health consultancy and communications agency founded by specialists with extensive experience, perspective, and expertise.

This role will be within Rock Unlimited, the Medical Education and Scientific Engagement specialists within Health Unlimited, comprising scientists skilled in delivering high-quality content, training, and education.

We are a small, entrepreneurial organization with a fast-paced, collaborative, and proactive culture. For over 25 years, we have been delivering results for our clients. This position offers a great opportunity to advance your medical communications career.

Our Clients: We work with pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health companies, government agencies, medical societies, and advocacy organizations.

Please note: This is a hybrid role requiring one day per week in our Soho, London office.

Responsibilities
  1. Attending client meetings and preparing contact reports.
  2. Building strong client relationships through high-quality service and trust.
  3. Preparing project status reports and managing client administration.
  4. Organizing events, including on-site support and liaising with experts (travel involved).
  5. Coordinating with suppliers for printing and materials production.
  6. Collaborating with editorial, creative, and digital teams to meet client needs.
  7. Conducting scientific/medical referencing.
  8. Managing knowledge databases.
  9. Developing client proposals with support from the Account Manager.
  10. Researching for clients and new business pitches.
  11. Participating in new business pitches when appropriate.
  12. Supporting the account and writing teams in daily account operations.
Financial Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring accounts are profitable and over-servicing is minimized.
  2. Managing budgets and tracking costs.
  3. Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, budget tracking, and reconciliation.
Skills Required
  1. Motivated self-starter with initiative.
  2. Proficient in pharma approval systems, ideally Veeva.
  3. High attention to detail and quality control.
  4. Confident team player who performs well under pressure.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
