Job summary

Affinia is seeking an Associate Director within the Accounts service line to lead a high‑value client portfolio and deliver strategic, compliant, and commercially successful services. You will advise clients, support business development, and mentor Managers and Senior Managers while collaborating across locations.

The role includes ownership of process improvements, risk management and contributing to service line strategy.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (fully qualified with significant post‑qualification experience)
• Demonstrated track record in managing large or complex client portfolios
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to mentor Managers and Senior Managers

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑value client portfolios, delivering strategic, compliant, and commercially successful services
• Mentor and develop Managers and Senior Managers; contribute to service line strategy and operational projects
• Drive business development activities, client onboarding, and cross‑selling opportunities
• Manage risk, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across engagements
