Job summary

BT Group in Derby is seeking a 3rd Line Network & Security Specialist for an onsite, 24x7 shift role. You will provide lead technical support on complex security issues within a Bespoke Operations environment, working closely with BT personnel and 3rd party engineers.

Eligibility for Government Security Clearance to SC UK Eyes Only, with potential DV level clearance in the future. You will drive incident resolution, partner with customer teams, and help reduce KPIs and SLAs to exceed

Qualifications

• Operational experience across network engineering and security operations on complex environments.
• Ability to lead and coordinate major security incidents and drive resolution within SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Be SME for a wide range of technologies and security products.
• Detect, respond and resolve complex security incidents, problems and changes.
• Provide 3rd line support for high-priority incidents within SLA.
• Act as SPOC for design or customer contract teams.
