Job summary

BT Group is recruiting for a 3rd Line Network Support Specialist to join the Rolls-Royce London account. The role involves lead technical support across complex network, security and cyber projects, liaising with customer representatives, vendors and fellow engineers.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive KPI/SLA performance, and require eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance up to SC UK Eyes Only (DV potential in future).

Qualifications

• Proven technical experience across Network Engineering and Security Operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with customers and teams.
• Proven incident leadership, handling multiple incidents to meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-life 3rd line technical support including 1 in 4 callout rota.
• Act as SME for a wide range of technologies and products.
• Detect, respond and resolve complex incidents, problems and changes within the operational environment.
• Provide 3rd line SME support for high priority incidents within SLA.
• Be the technology SME for specialised products and services.
• Act as operational SPOC for design or customer contract teams.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis and contribute to Post-incident Reviews.
• Support issue escalations, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
