Job summary

Langley James HR & IT Recruitment is seeking a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer to support a hybrid estate across South East London, Kent and Surrey, with occasional UK travel. The role involves managing Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Entra ID, with Intune for device management and security policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3rd line support, Service Desk Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer role
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access and role based access control
• Intune device and application management
• A solid grasp of IT security and compliance
• A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to UK offices when an acquisition needs you

Responsibilities

• Advanced support across a hybrid estate, with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune at the centre.
• Run Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, and manage Intune for device compliance, app deployment and security policy.
• Look after conditional access and RBAC (Role Based Access Control).
• Travel to newly joined offices to integrate them and retire legacy environments.
• Work with Head of IT to deliver Azure projects and keep systems patched, compliant and secure.
