Qualifications

• 3+ years in a 3rd line infrastructure or senior support role.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including 365, Intune, AD, and Windows Server.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and escalation for complex infrastructure issues.
