• A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel to UK offices when an acquisition needs you

Responsibilities

• Advanced support across a hybrid estate, with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune at the centre.

• Look after conditional access and RBAC (Role Based Access Control).

3rd Line Service Desk Engineer required to work in Bexley (DA5) | Covering South East London, Kent and Surrey, with occasional UK travel £45,000 to £50,000 | Permanent | 60% office based

A professional services group of 1,000 people is growing quickly through acquisition. They need a senior engineer who wants to shape the environment, not just keep it running.

You’ll be based around their Bexley office and look after sites across South East London, Kent and Surrey. You’ll join a 10 strong IT team as the escalation point for the trickiest problems, and you’ll guide the 1st and 2nd line engineers.

The work

Advanced support across a hybrid estate, with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune at the centre. You’ll run Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, and manage Intune for device compliance, app deployment and security policy. You’ll also look after conditional access and role based access.

As new firms join the group, you’ll travel to their offices to integrate them. You’ll also help retire the legacy environments they bring with them. Working closely with the Head of IT, you’ll help deliver Azure projects and keep everything patched, compliant and secure.
