Job summary

Twynham Learning is seeking a Trust 3rd Line IT Engineer to join the Core Services team (Trust HQ). You will deliver advanced support, lead escalations, and ensure stability of critical IT systems across eight schools.

Key responsibilities include roadmap input, IT maintenance, documentation and training, with safeguarding responsibilities and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong technical IT background and experience in maintaining/inproving infrastructure.
• GCSEs Maths and English at grade 4/C or equivalent IT qualifications/certs.
• Collaborative and able to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting out technology roadmap and IT change projects.
• Perform IT maintenance tasks including monitoring, cyber security, documentation, backups and asset registers.
• Collaborate with other IT staff across the trust and provide training to improve knowledge and practice.
• Safeguard children and young people in line with safeguarding policies.
