Twynham Learning invites applications for a Trust 3rd Line IT Engineer to join our Core Services team. You will act as a technical authority, deliver advanced support, lead escalations, and ensure stability of critical IT systems across eight schools.

You will set out technology roadmaps, manage IT change projects, perform maintenance, monitoring, documentation, backups, and asset registers, and train staff to raise practice.

Qualificações

• A good standard of secondary education with GCSEs in Maths and English, grade 4 (or grade C) and above or equivalent qualifications/grades and relevant IT qualifications/certifications
• A confident, collaborative approach – able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsabilidades

• Deliver advanced IT support and lead technical escalations across eight schools
• Maintain and improve the organisation's infrastructure and service delivery
• Monitor, back-ups, cyber security, technical documentation, and asset registers; resolve help desk tickets
• Provide training to improve knowledge and practice across the trust's IT staff and stakeholders
