Job summary

AWD Recruitment is seeking a motivated 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing MSP and deliver hands-on technical support across diverse client environments and business sectors.

You will resolve escalated incidents, support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking, and contribute to migrations, deployments and system improvements while maintaining SLAs and clear communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st/2nd line IT support, ideally in MSP environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on 2nd line IT support to a diverse client base.
• Resolve escalated incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and user access issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Assist with migrations, deployments and system improvements.
