Job summary
Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced IT professional for a 2nd-line support role within a collaborative MSP. You will handle escalated tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and support projects, with scope to advance to 3rd line as you grow.
The role includes 1st/2nd line support, remote and on-site duties, and admin tasks for MS 365, Windows Server, networking, and infrastructure. A UK driving licence is required and training is encouraged.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years MSP experience.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server and networking knowledge.
- Experience with PSA and RMM tools (HaloPSA, Datto RMM).
- Microsoft or CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+).
- Full UK driving licence and knowledge of Azure, Meraki and Ubiquiti.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and provide 1st-line support as needed.
- Take ownership of 2nd-line tickets and escalations.
- Provide remote and on-site support to clients.
- Mentor apprentices and junior technicians as skills develop.
- Assist with migrations and infra upgrades.
