Job summary

Razorblue Group is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our growing tech team in the UK. You will provide remote support for escalated issues, perform onsite troubleshooting when required, and mentor junior engineers to share expertise and improve services.

The ideal candidate has strong customer-facing communication, experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Azure AD, and holds relevant certifications or education. A UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required.
• Excellent customer facing skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for unre solved 1st line cases and meet SLAs.
• Conduct onsite troubleshooting at client facilities as needed.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
• Serve as point of contact in Team Leader's absence.
