Academics is seeking an experienced SENDCo to lead and support SEND provision at Beaconsfield, two days per week. You will shape inclusive practice, coordinate EHCPs, and work with families and external agencies to ensure every child can succeed.
The role requires QTS and primary teaching experience, with strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and a commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing. A SENDCo qualification is desirable but not essential for strong candidates.

As SENDCo, you will provide strategic leadership alongside hands‑on support, ensuring that SEND provision is effective, responsive and rooted in the needs of individual pupils.
Salary: UPS + SEN allowance
Working pattern: 2 days per week
