Seer Green CE School is seeking a passionate SEND leader to coordinate provision, support staff development and shape provision so every pupil can flourish in a small village primary setting.
The role focuses on leading SEND across the school, working with families, external agencies and governors to deliver high‑quality, inclusive provision within a nurturing environment. A SENDCo qualification is desirable, though proven experience and strategic mindset are valued.
