Job summary

OneSchool Global is seeking an exceptional SENDCo for Ridgeway Campus to provide strategic leadership for SEND provision across the campus and ensure high standards of support and inclusion. You will develop bespoke strategies for students with a broad range of needs and lead a team of teaching assistants to deliver personalised learning.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and NASENCO/NPQSENCO with at least three years of teaching experience, and have strong experience with autism, ADHD, dyslexia

Qualifications

• Hold QTS and NASENCO/NPQSENCO qualification with at least three years of teaching experience.
• Experience with autism, ADHD, social communication needs, dyslexia and other learning difficulties.
• Experience across multiple Key Stages with highly personalised or adapted curricula.
• Proven track record leading and line-managing teaching assistants and promoting high standards.
• Excellent classroom practitioner who models inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning.
• Experience observing lessons and coaching colleagues to strengthen SEND provision.
• Skilled in planning, implementing and evaluating targeted interventions.
• Strong knowledge of Access Arrangements and collaboration with external agencies.
• Be able to lead strategically and shape SEND provision across the campus.
• Commitment to raising achievement for students with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for SEND across the campus.
• Develop bespoke support strategies and personalised learning pathways.
• Lead, develop and line-manage teaching assistants.
• Promote inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stages.
• Observe lessons and give coaching to improve SEND provision.
• Plan, implement and evaluate targeted interventions to raise outcomes.
• Collaborate with external agencies for assessment processes and evidence.
• Drive a campus-wide vision for SEND with high expectations and systems.
