Stockingford Academy is seeking a SENDCo to lead and shape high-quality SEND provision across the school, ensuring every child receives support to thrive. You will drive strategic direction, oversee provision, and work with staff, families and external agencies to secure strong pupil outcomes.

You will model excellent teaching, champion positive behaviour for learning, and foster an inclusive, ambitious environment where all children feel valued and can succeed.

Qualifications

• Has Qualified Teacher Status.
• Has a SENCO qualification - NPQ for SENCOs or NASENCO.
• Dedicated to inclusive education and raising standards.
• Experience promoting positive behaviour conducive to learning.
