Job summary

OneSchool Global is recruiting a SENDCo for the Colchester Campus on a full-time, permanent basis. The role leads SEND provision across the campus, shaping an ambitious vision and ensuring inclusion and high standards of intervention for students working across needs.

Qualifications

• QTS with NASENCO/NPQSENCO preferred and minimum three years teaching experience.
• Experience supporting students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other needs.
• Experience leading TAs and developing personalised learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for SEND provision across the campus.
• Develop bespoke support strategies and personalised learning pathways.
• Lead, develop and line-manage teaching assistants to raise attainment.
• Observe lessons and coach colleagues to improve SEND practice and provision.
• Plan and evaluate targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
• Knowledge of Access Arrangements and collaboration with external agencies.
