Naphill and Walters Ash School, part of Buckinghamshire Council, seeks a confident SENDCo to lead inclusion, shape provision, support staff and partner with families while staying connected to the classroom through teaching.

The role includes a teaching commitment and leadership responsibilities; balance will be agreed with the successful candidate. Term time only, fixed-term to August 2027.

Qualifications

• QTS is required and NPQ SENDCo or NASENCo supported for the right candidate.
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and working with families.

Responsabilités

• Lead SEND across the school and shape provision
