Job summary

University of Cambridge Primary School is seeking an exceptional SENDCo to lead our Inclusion Team and ensure the best outcomes for children with SEND. You will work in partnership with class teachers and our Learning Coach team, alongside the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher, to embed inclusive practice across the school.

The role is part-time (three days a week) with a January 2027 start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inclusion Team to deliver the best possible outcomes for children with SEND and other additional needs, in partnership with class teachers and the Learning Coach team.
• Collaborate with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Assistant Headteacher to ensure inclusive practices across the school.
