About the Role As SENDCo, you will play a central role in promoting inclusion and ensuring that students with special educational needs and disabilities receive high-quality support throughout their educational journey. Working closely with pupils, families, staff and external agencies, you will coordinate effective provision, oversee statutory responsibilities and help remove barriers to learning so that every student can participate fully in school life and achieve success.
