Job summary

Amarval Partners Ltd in City of London is seeking a dedicated SENCO to lead inclusive practice and ensure every learner receives the support they need to thrive. You will shape SEND provision and work closely with staff and families.

You will oversee assessment, intervention planning and progress tracking for SEND students, and ensure statutory responsibilities for EHCPs are met through strong leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • QTS and SENCo qualification are essential.
  • Experience supporting SEND students in a secondary setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication and data-analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school.
  • Provide expert guidance on inclusive teaching and learning.
  • Oversee assessment, intervention planning and progress tracking for SEND students.
  • Collaborate with families, external agencies, and pastoral teams.
  • Ensure EHCPs and SEND provision meet statutory requirements.
