Job summary

All Saints Bedworth CofE Academy is seeking an outstanding SENDCo to lead strategic development of SEND and inclusion, ensuring high-quality, personalised provision for all pupils.

You will establish and lead our new Specialist Resource Provision for Communication and Interaction, supporting staff through coaching and modelling inclusive practice, and contribute to whole-school improvement as a key member of SLT.

  • A highly effective practitioner and leader with a strong track record of improving outcomes for pupils with SEND.
  • Skilled in using data, evidence and research to inform strategy and secure impact.
  • Deeply committed to inclusive education and removing barriers to learning.
