Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to support learners with SEND and SEMH needs across the UK. You will deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring in person, online or hybrid settings, tailoring sessions to individual needs.

Role is self-employed with flexible hours and opportunities to teach across KS1–KS5. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and an Enhanced DBS, with right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD or PMLD in a trauma-informed setting.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) held.
• Enhanced DBS certificate and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on progress.
• Contribute to raising standards for learners with SEND and SEMH needs.
