Job summary

TARGETED PROVISION LTD is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers to provide Maths, English, or Science tuition with a trauma-informed approach. Roles include in-person, online, and hybrid teaching, supporting learners with SEND and SEMH across KS1–KS5 in diverse community settings.

Candidates should have 2+ years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS, and be based in the UK with right to work. The role offers flexible hours and a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• Subjects: Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Location: You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK.
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEMH/SEND needs.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Engage with local authorities and schools to support KS1–KS5 learners as appropriate.
• Deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring within a flexible schedule.
