Targeted Provision Ltd is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers across the UK to transform the lives of disengaged learners with SEND/SEMH needs. Roles are available on a self-employed basis, with in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching options to fit your schedule.

You will deliver Maths, English, or Science tuition to KS1–KS5 students, plan lessons, report progress, and collaborate with local authorities and schools. Prior experience with trauma-informed approaches is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).

Responsabilités

• Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEND/SEMH needs, including MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other Additional Educational Needs.
• Support pupils and students, ranging from KS1 - KS5 (as appropriate for your skills), referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• We are on a mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), as well as other needs such as SEMH needs (Social, Emotional and Mental Health). We are increasingly supporting children and young people with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties), SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties), and PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).
