Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring with a trauma-informed approach to disengaged and at-risk learners. Roles are self-employed, offering in-person, hybrid, and remote opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of teaching experience with SEND/SEMH, hold QTS/QTLS, and are DBS checked with references. Join a mission to transform young lives and provide flexible, community-focused support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/ SEMH.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work in the UK (even for remote/online roles).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online / remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils KS1–KS5 with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on progress.
• Maintain a safe learning environment and safeguarding practices.
