Job summary

Targeted Provision in the UK is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform lives by supporting children with SEND and SEMH needs in your community. Roles include Maths, English or Science tutoring, in person, online or hybrid, with flexible hours and locations.

You should have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS or QTLS, Enhanced DBS and two references, and a safeguarding mindset. We offer competitive pay (£28-£35 per hour), support from a dedicated SEND team, CPD mentoring, and a role

Qualifications

2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
Subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
Qualifications: QTS / QTLS.
Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
Location: UK-based with right to work in the UK, even for remote/online roles.
Safeguarding knowledge and creating a safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

Provide in person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children, teenagers, and young people with SEMH and SEND needs.
Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
Contribute to raising the standard of education for SEND learners.
