Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tuition for young people with SEND/SEMH needs. Roles are flexible, offering in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching options and are on a self-employed basis.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, safeguarding knowledge, and an Enhanced DBS. Join a mission-driven team supporting vulnerable learners in local communities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed approach.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is required or preferred.
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online, and hybrid tuition for Maths, English or Science to young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan lessons and report progress with regular feedback to students and authorities when appropriate.
• Support disengaged and vulnerable learners in a trauma-informed teaching environment.
• Work on a self-employed basis as opportunities arise.
