Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs in the UK. Roles cover Core Subjects (Maths, English, or Science) with flexible, trauma-informed approaches.

Opportunities include in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching with competitive pay (£28–£35/hour), CPD mentoring, and a supportive team. Applicants must have QTS/QTLS, DBS, and UK work rights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required or in progress.
• DBS enhanced check and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to students with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons; give regular progress feedback.
• Support pupils from KS1–KS5 with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
