Job summary

Targeted Provision seeks SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners across the UK. Roles include in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching in Maths, English, or Science for KS1–KS5 with SEND/SEMH needs.

QTS/QTLS and Enhanced DBS are required, with flexible, self-employed opportunities around a supportive team. Join a child-centred organisation focusing on trauma-informed tutoring, CPD support, mentoring, and community impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH in a holistic and trauma-informed way.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• Based in the UK with the right to work, including for remote/online roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for SEND and SEMH needs.
