Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to support disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEMH and SEND needs. You can teach Maths, English or Science in person, hybrid or remote, with flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Roles are self-employed and offered with a trauma-informed approach. The position emphasizes a child-centered mission and collaboration with local authorities and schools to improve outcomes for young people.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths and/or Science.
• QTS or QTLS certification required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tutoring to pupils with SEMH/SEND needs.
• Plan and report lessons and give regular progress feedback.
• Deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring for KS1–KS5 as appropriate.
• Work with local authorities and schools to support vulnerable learners.
