Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking motivated SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners through Maths, English or Science tuition with SEMH and SEND needs.

Roles are flexible, offering in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching with supportive CPD, mentoring, and a purpose-driven mission to reimagine support for young people. Prior SEND experience preferred and QTS/QTLS is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) is required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work (remote allowed).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to learners with SEND/SEMH.
• Plan and report lessons and give progress feedback.
• Support pupils KS1–KS5 with trauma-informed tutoring.
