Job summary

Targeted Provision seeks SEND Tutors and Teachers to support disengaged and vulnerable learners in the UK. Roles are self-employed with opportunities for in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching across Maths, English, or Science, focusing on SEMH/SEND needs.

Candidates should have QTS/QTLS and 2+ years of teaching experience in SEND settings, with an Enhanced DBS available. The role offers flexible hours and a mission-driven environment helping young people succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH in a trauma-informed approach.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTLS) held.
• Enhanced DBS completed or facilitated by the employer, with 2+ references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online or hybrid Maths, English or Science tutoring.
• Plan lessons, track progress and report regularly to guardians or authorities.
• Adapt delivery to SEND/SEMH needs and create safe, engaging learning environments.
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to support learners.
