Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners in the UK. Roles include core-subject tutoring (Maths, English, or Science) with emphasis on SEMH and SEND needs.

Positions offer in-person, hybrid, or remote opportunities and flexible hours. The role requires 2+ years of teaching, QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS (facilitated if needed), and references.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• QTS or QTLS certification and DBS in place or can be facilitated.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
