Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking qualified SEND Tutors and Teachers to support schools and local authorities across the UK, offering in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching opportunities.

The role covers Maths, English, or Science for learners with SEMH and SEND needs, with self-employed status and flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Applicants should have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, an enhanced DBS, and the right to work in the UK, ready to make a difference in vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with the right to work in the UK and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support KS1–KS5 learners with trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
