Job summary

A SEND Teaching Assistant role in Norwich with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd supports pupils across diverse school settings. You will help pupils access learning and build confidence through tailored SEND support.

Qualifications

  • Confident using behaviour management and de‑escalation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEND.
  • Assist teachers in delivering differentiated and accessible activities.
  • Help implement individual education plans and personalised strategies.
  • Support pupils with communication, sensory, physical, cognitive or social needs.
  • Promote a calm, inclusive and positive learning environment.
  • Support pupils with personal care needs where required.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress and share information with staff.
  • Contribute to wider school routines during longer placements.
