Job summary

A SEND Teaching Assistant role in Norwich with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd supports pupils across diverse school settings. You will help pupils access learning and build confidence through tailored SEND support.

You will work with teachers to deliver differentiated activities, implement individual education plans, and monitor progress. A calm, patient and nurturing approach is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school setting.
• Understanding strategies for autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, speech and language needs.
• Calm, patient and nurturing approach to learning.
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
• Confident using behaviour management and de‑escalation strategies.
• Adaptable across different classrooms and key stages.
• Professional, reliable and proactive in duties.
